Fathiya (Tia) Khatib is our highly motivated and driven Training Consultant specializing in training interventions that motivate, develop and engages participants. Her understanding and appreciation of her home country, Tanzania and East Africa, coupled with her extensive international experience enables her to build trust and rapport with her learners, pacing and leading them to greater performance.
She brings her engaging style and wealth of hospitality experience to the training room – inspiring and motivating learners. After graduating in Business Studies Tia continued her studies completing: an Advance Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management from the International Air Transport Association and professional certifications in Human Relations, Service Management and Leadership.
She has attended a number of ‘train the trainer’ and coaching skills development workshops. deliver programs in Kiswahili, English and Arabic – and a combination of all three! Tia lives in Tanzania and works across the Middle East and Africa.
